Hello,
I saw your post regarding brake accumulator from several years back. My '01 just starting to make a chirping sound as brake pedal is released. Noise is coming from just above brake pedal. I am assuming it is due to the accumulator, but just looking for second opinion. Does this sound like the problem you had? Also, when you replaced the accumulator, was there anything that needed to be done, besides just replacing it?

Hi Mr. Z, I have a question for you. In one of your posts you said you have bumped up the tire size to 265/75 size. Do you have the same size tire for a spare? If so, does it clear the bumper? I have an '01 Montero and got an OME lift kit on it. I am considering upgrading the tires to a larger size when the ones I have will wear out.

I am having very simular problem Montero sport 2001. I took 500 mile road trip got a crack in plastic cover of radiator, replaced then started leaking transmission fluid bad when drive 30 min or longer. No leak short drive. Mecanic said put 1/2 quart low after replacing rubber hoses to transmission lines. leaks just above small cadalitic converter 6' puddle after long drive, ok around town?

Aloha Mr Z, u were very nice B-4 with Ur ans. about taking off the bolt when changing T.belt...that worked, but now i cant get the Water Pump off..there is 1 small bolt..i think its a bolt..or a Dol.PIN that was put in from the inside that is holding pump on & i dont want to try & pry it off..so am i going to have to take off the top center of eng to get to it out? Hope u understand..im not very good @ this. What i got b-4 from u was a downlod(www.pajero4x4.ru) of about 50 pages..but no pages with pic of Water Pump...Tks very much. Hey saw your Monty exact same as mine sept for mine is the goldish/tan. if you have done anymore to it please send pics. also do you have a lift?

Thanks for the heads up I actually saw the K&N it was around 50 something where I live but it was not in stock so I went with the generic filter did the K&N make a difference for you with the original set up or do you think a custom job would do better?

Hey I see you post a bit here and states you have a K&N intake what parts did you use how did you set up and importantly where did you put the mass air flow sensor to not set off the engine light? I have an 02 limited
