Today I went to Scarborough Mitsubishi dealer to change my mitsubishi lancer car's horn. At time of delivery of car supervisor found that technician
replaced my old battery with a new one. In front of me supervisor asked the technician to open the new and put back the old
battery. I observed one thing the technician went to the car with the old battery and removed the new one and fixed old one
again. But he did not take any other power supply or battery to save memory of car during change of battery. I asked the supervisor
that without memory save of car how come technician changing battery.. I observed that no other devices he has to save memory during change of battery. Everything was done outside
My question is we know that during change of battery of car we need to connect 12 volt supply so that no memory will be erased
or deleted. But in mitsubishi service center their technician how come change battery of car without any memory save protection.
