    I am ex USMC and AF 24 yrs.
    I wrote about my 2004 ENDEAVOR when shorted out wrong OBDII pins causing horn to blast rear wipers to run and spray and park lights on always ?
    Drains out battery till dead , you said it is the ECU smart , which one is that there are 3 of these one CPU under dash, one under hood and one in the fuse box under hood???
